Þ thorn.audio is a manufacturer of Eurorack modules founded by Hallvard Kristiansen, who has worked as a repair technician at Schneidersladen for many years. Now he has released Splines, a visual vector curve generator with a wide frequency range, a built-in quantizer, CV scope, and CV processing capability.

This video will walk you through the main features of Splines and show what they can do. The module uses 3D animation-style vector curves as a 16-point sequencer, letting you plot out voltage over time. It goes from super slow 16-minute LFO cycles up to 20 kHz audio rates, so you can use it as a wavetable VCO, an envelope, or a classic step sequencer.

Check out the video to learn how it works!
